EU Legal Guarantee

Customers purchasing goods in the European Union are entitled to a statutory legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum of two years from delivery, subject to applicable national consumer protection laws.

Under this guarantee, goods must conform to the sales contract, including their description, quality, and intended purpose. If an item does not conform, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

These rights are separate from V. Chapman's standard returns and exchanges policy and are not affected by ordinary return windows or final-sale designations.
